*Huggles the death ballerina* ^_^ i was working on this all morning >> which really wasnt that long XD but yea, I saw some pics that :iconamber-the-hedgehog: did with some shading she did in flash (me thinks?) and it looked alot neater than i could pull of in PSP 9 so i gave it a go ;P

So cel shading is best done in Flash? Guess I'm out of luck there><. I only have CS and PSP8.
